[1] Ms Beasley: Good evening. The first item on the agenda is the election of a temporary Chair. Under Standing Order No. 17.22, I call for nominations.
[2] Darren Millar: I nominate Vaughan Gething.
[3] Ms Beasley: Thank you. Are there any other nominations? I see that there are none. Therefore, Vaughan Gething is elected as temporary Chair.

Cynnig o dan Reol Sefydlog Rhif 17.42 i Benderfynu Gwahardd y Cyhoedd o’r Cyfarfod Motion under Standing Order No. 17.42 to Resolve to Exclude the Public from the Meeting
[4] Vaughan Gething: I move that
the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order No. 17.42(vi).
[5] I see that the committee is in agreement.
