Bil Lefelau Diogel Staff Nyrsio (Cymru) Cofnodion: Business Managers considered a letter by the Health
and Social Care Committee noting that the Minister did not intend to move the
motion for the financial resolution of the Bill until the autumn term once
relevant information had been provided by Kirsty Williams AM, the Member in
charge of the Bill. As such, it would not be possible for the Committee to
complete its Stage 2 proceedings by the agreed deadline of 17 July 2015. In light of this information Business Managers agreed
a request by the Health and Social Care Committee to extend the Stage 2
deadline from Friday 17 July to Friday 11 December 2015. |

Unrhyw Fusnes Arall Draft Wales Bill The Presiding Officer informed Business Managers that
the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee would be scrutinising the
Draft Wales Bill which will be published in the autumn. The Presiding Officer indicated that she intended to
write to committee chairs to suggest that they may find it useful to consider
the Bill from their own perspectives, with particular regard to legislative
competence under the reserved powers model. Senedd@Swansea The Presiding Officer informed Business Managers that she would be
writing to committee chairs to inform them of the planned second pilot outreach
initiative during October in Swansea, following a successful outreach
initiative in Wrexham in March this year. |
